Ian Andrews, Senior Market Operator

Originally from Northern Ireland, Ian moved to Edinburgh to study Business at Napier University and is now married with 2 children. He worked in a number of environmental organisations before joining t2e in 2004. At t2e, Ian is a Senior Market Operator managing large accounts for independent buyers, sellers, and compliance schemes. Tom Rickerby, Senior Market Operator

After Graduating from the University of Edinburgh with a degree in Psychology and Business, Tom had a brief spell working in the Edinburgh property market before joining The Exchange in July 2005. Tom has progressed through the ranks at t2e to his current role of Senior Market Operator. He currently specialises in the Paper, Plastic and Steel markets as well as managing a portfolio of the top independent buyers and compliance schemes. In 2008 Tom also took on the role of market operator for the WEN market. When he's not chasing the next PRN trade, Tom enjoys travelling, food, road cycling, music and Carlisle United. Dianne Ferry, Account Manager

Dianne has been working for t2e since 2008. She manages accounts for independently registered companies with small obligations. Patricia Hall, Account Manager

Andy Hanke, Product Manager

Original from Germany, Andy has travelled through various countries, eventually moving from Australia to Scotland on Christmas Eve 2009. After spending one year developing the Recovered Paper Market he is now operating the market as a commodity trading platform for OCC and ONP. With a background in Marketing and Business Development he found a new passion in commodity trading and product development. Andy is living with his Scottish girlfriend in the heart of Edinburgh and enjoys running, squash and travelling. He is a talented hobby cook who loves good food and fine wine. Paul Vallis, Associate Software Developer

Fresh out of Edinburgh Napier University Paul joined The Environment Exchange team as a Software Developer in 2010. So far Paul has worked on the development of the Recovered Paper market and on upgrades to the PRN and WEN market systems. When he's not writing code Paul is a keen photographer, mountain biker and martial arts instructor and can often be found photographing local events or biking in the Pentland Hills.
