Becoming a member of the PRN market is open to:

• Compliance Schemes
• Accredited Reprocessors or Exporters registered with either the EA, SEPA or the EHS who are able to issue PRNs/PERNs
• Companies with a legal obligation under the Producer Responsibility Obligation (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997 (as amended)
• Representatives buying or selling on behalf of any of the above

As a participant, you are under no obligation to trade but you will have instant access to the relevant market and pricing information.

Join the PRN Market

There is no joining fee and no obligation. Membership is free in the first year (fully rebatable thereafter)

• Please complete and post the Market Participation Agreement and an Application Form.
• To receive a 50% discount off your future membership fee (of £100), please complete a Direct Debit Mandate
• To receive an additional 50% off your future membership fee, you should trade your full obligation with t2e (or accumulate trading fees of up to £50 ). Simple.
