Packaging Recovery Notes (PRNs)

PRNs are the evidence required by producers of packaging waste to comply with the Producer Responsibility (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997 in the UK.

The Environment Exchange (t2e) has been providing the UK's marketplace for PRNs since 1998. t2e's marketplace allows participants to place bids and offers for PRNs on a central and transparent platform.
