• Compliance schemes and individually registered participants who have a recovery and recycling obligation of more than 500t of packaging waste in the preceding year are required to submit Operational Plans to the appropriate Agency.

• These plans include statements describing how funds provided in acquiring evidence of compliance are intended to be spent by reprocessors and exporters from whom that evidence was obtained.

• t2e collates and aggregates this information on behalf of participants. The results will be posted on our website under Market Literature/General Information/Results of the accredited Reprocessor and Exporter Survey 2011. This is onlyl available to t2e participants.

Why complete a survey?

Upon receipt of your completed survey you will receive a £50 reduction on your participation fee for 2011 and, if you have also completed an up to date direct debit mandate, you will be eligible for the 40% trading fee reduction in the 2011 Forward Markets.

Please complete this form, attach a short summary (not more than 150 words - examples are attached) of the business plan element of your accreditation application to the Agencies, which you or we can use in response to enquiries from either the general public or purchasers of your PRNs, and return them to us as soon as possible and no later than 31 March 2011.
