The Environment Exchange (t2e) is a marketplace provider and has been providing the UK's marketplace for Packaging Recovery Notes (PRNs) since 1998.

In a two year project funded through the Government's Knowledge Transfer and Innovate programmes, t2e has just launched a marketplace for collected (ex-works) contracts for recovered paper within the United Kingdom. The project has had input from key industry players and policy makers over the last year and was launched on March 15th at The Paper Trail's Frogmore Paper Mill.
