t2e understands that targets for 2021 and beyond will be published shortly. As stated in the consultation (page 70), t2e have been advised by the ACP that it should be assumed that recovery will not be included in the 2021/22 targets. On this basis, t2e advise that Recovery PRNs may have no value in 2021 and beyond. If/once this guidance is confirmed t2e will withdraw Recovery from the 2021 forward markets.
