The Removal of Incorrect PRNs/PERNs
On 23 April 2021 the Environment Agency wrote to all registered on the National Packaging Waste Database to formally communicate their position in situations where it is found that PRNs/PERNs have been incorrectly issued.The Environment Agency recently sent a follow-up letter anwering questions about the process and the reasons that they might decide to remove incorrectly issued PRNs.
